Together, we craft a bespoke set of pre-screening questions to ensure candidates align perfectly with your expectations.

Building the Candidate Pipeline
With your input, we would dedicate a team of experienced recruiters to begin sourcing candidates. Leveraging our extensive database, paid job boards, and industry connections, we identify top-tier talent quickly. Each candidate undergoes a detailed pre-screening, and their resumes are submitted alongside a tailored questionnaire which we complete during our screening calls.
As candidates progress, their details and status are tracked in our Candidate/Vacancy Tracker, providing you with complete visibility at every stage.

Seamless Interview Coordination
When a candidate is shortlisted, We personally coordinate the interview process. From aligning schedules to sending calendar invites, We ensure every detail is covered. For virtual interviews, We join 10 minutes early to verify the candidate is ready and address any technical issues, saving valuable time for your team.

Feedback and Next Steps
After interviews, We debrief with candidates and collect feedback from hiring managers. If a candidate moves forward, We handle the logistics for subsequent interviews and guide them through the process until an offer is extended.

Closing the Deal
At the offer stage, Stelvio works closely with you to negotiate terms that meet both our client’s and the candidate’s needs. To ease your workload, we conduct two professional references for every hire, ensuring they are thoroughly vetted.
